**Our puppies leave no sooner than 10 wks of age**

To purchase a puppy you must complete a puppy application and be approved. Upon approval , a non-refundable $400 deposit will hold the pup of choice. Deposits can be placed by money order, PAYPAL, cashiers check or by Facebook Messenger. Sorry, we do NOT accept personal checks .

**Waiting list Policy:

General wait list based on color and gender. As pups are born we will go down wait list starting at the top. If someone passes on pups available we will then move to the next person on the list. After that deposit is lost or you go to bottom of list. Deposits will be $400 (non-refundable) and go towards price of pup.

 

 

AGREEMENT: Deposit of $400 is due at the time of returned signed contract and is non-refundable.  All monies toward a puppy are non-refundable.  If you change your mind about a puppy, no money will be refunded.  Balance of puppy is due no later than 8 weeks of age.  If balance is not paid then puppy will be offered to another family. CONDITION OF SALE .Seller guarantees that at the time of delivery, the dog was checked by a licensed Vet and is in good health.  Should dog be found to be in poor health of a serious nature that is diagnosed as permanently life altering by a veterinarian, Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement dog from another litter after dog is returned to seller at Buyer’s expense, or a full refund of the purchase price of dog only after dog is returned to Seller at Buyer’s expense.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer has three days from the time of receipt of dog to have dog examined by a Vet.  Any request to return the dog to the Seller for a full refund must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the dog be found to have a health issue of such serious nature that the quality of life of the dog will be shortened or seriously altered.  TEMPERMAMENT Buyer understands that all puppies exhibit certain undesirable behaviors such as, nipping, chewing, barking, marking, etc.  Buyer is encouraged to train puppy to correct each behavior. * If puppy is sold as pet only , there is a spay/neuter contract in which said puppy must be spayed/neutered by 12 months of age. Please provide the breeder with a copy of vet statement within 10 days of surgery * I do not sell puppies with breeding rights.
